Processing Time All products are custom-made to order. Orders are processed and dispatched within 3–6 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Times Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Germany: 2–5 business days
- European Union: 3–7 business days
- United States: 7–14 business days
- Canada: 7–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak periods.
Shipping Carriers Orders within Germany and the EU are shipped via DHL. International orders are fulfilled via local carriers, which may include USPS (US) and Canada Post (Canada).
Order Tracking Tracking information is provided for all orders via your shipping confirmation email.
Customs, Duties & Taxes For orders shipped to the United States and Canada, customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, customs fees, or taxes charged upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in your order total.
